What to Expect in a Trial Class
Trial classes are meant to help new students feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn.
A Structured, Guided Class
Classes are led by the instructor through a warm-up, basic movements, and simple drills that help build coordination, balance, and focus. Clear instruction and consistent structure help students understand what’s expected while staying engaged.
A Respectful, Encouraging Environment
Respect, listening, and effort are emphasized throughout class in a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Students are encouraged to try their best, support one another, and take pride in their effort.
An Introduction Designed for New Students
Trial classes are meant as an introduction. New students are encouraged to follow along at a comfortable pace, with guidance and support throughout the class, allowing them to participate confidently while learning how classes are run.
